The ClipJamz Technology

ClipJamz is a software technology that enables anyone to easily design and create animations online. Users can design, edit, save and send their own animated creations, in the form of email attachments, greeting cards, storybooks and more. Soon they will be able to create and send animated messages by mobile phone.

E-motes for Facebook is the first application using the latest generation of the ClipJamz technology to be released (currently in beta version) to the public. Further applications for Facebook and other platforms will be released in 2010.

ClipJamz is a joint venture of two highly-experienced multimedia entrepreneurs, led by David Pfeffer.

David has a degree in Business Finance and Administration from Manchester University. He has been active in the computer industry since 1982. His early years were involved in multi-user Unix-based office automation systems, where he developed his expertise in multilingual systems and user interface design. In the 1990s he moved into computer-based training for the financial industry, developing multimedia programs that were sold to dozens of the world’s leading banks.

From 1995 onwards, David has developed CD-ROMs and Internet-based programs for “edutainment,” with audiences ranging from young children, through college students, to parents and families. Since the early 2000s, he has developed an educational product for children in Grades 1-6, that incorporates a leading-edge Flash-based Animated Storyteller activity. The ClipJamz technology is a spin-off of this development.
